The galvalume layer content is 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. A galvalume sheet has been tested to have a 6 times longer last than a galvanized sheet, with 30 years of service life free of rust and break.

Roof tiles are coated with natural stone chips crashed from basalt particles.1000ºC high-temperature sintering makes the color adhere well to the basalt instead of using cheap dyed sand, free of fade color even under 30 years of UV irradiation.The sand coating on the galvalume sheet, not only adds natural beauty to the roof but also a hard layer of protection from the weather. We tested boiling it in 120ºC boiling water over 2 hours, the sand does not change color.
